Ordering online

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click the "Add to Cart" buttons to the right of items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. You can adjust the quantity there or before clicking "Add to Cart." You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.


We accept Paypal and major credit cards

We provide a secure environment for your transaction with payments accepted via Paypal for processing. This ensures both your protection and ours. A Paypal account is not required and you can choose to bypass logging into a Paypal account at checkout and use a credit card for secure processing.



Where is my package?

You will receive an email receipt upon completion of the transaction. Once your item has shipped, you should receive an email receipt from RorschachMasks along with the USPS tracking number.



We ship masks worldwide.

Processing Times: Please allow 1 to 2 days for processing during normal business hours, not including weekends. Most items are shipped the next day.


How much is shipping?

Shipping via USPS First-Class Standard Shipping is free within the U.S. USPS Priority Shipping is also available for $9.85. Shipping rates to Canada are based on International First Class shipping with delivery confirmation. Shipping to Canada is $14.95 USD. Everywhere else is $19 USD. We will only ship to confirmed addresses.


How long do items take to ship?

U.S. first-class post customers should receive your order within 4-7 business days after processing (postal service allowing). Priority shipping can take 2-4 business days.
International First Class deliveries often can take up to 2 weeks, plus or minus a few days. This is often due to customs slowing things down so it's hard to predict.


Will I have to pay customs and duties fees?

International orders may be subject to Customs duties/fees — unfortunately this is a necessary evil of International trade. We recommend checking with your local laws regarding any taxes or fees you may have to pay once your order arrives. Your local postal service may also require a fee for completion of delivery and we sadly cannot control that (these fees are not included in your shipping charges). We do not issue any refunds for Customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the Customs fees.


Return policy

At we want to ensure that you are satisfied when you shop with us, so we have tried our best to cover every aspect of the masks and what you can expect from yours. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
